* Shipments to a private address / B2C /. The customer receives an e-mail and SMS when the shipment is dispatched, and an e-mail and SMS on the delivery day with the delivery time window. The customer can arrange collection at a different address free of charge (e.g. Geispoint).
** Shipments to a business address / B2B /. The customer receives an e-mail when the shipment is dispatched. Delivery usually takes place in the morning and collection cannot be redirected to another address.
